Magnetic Mindset Questions for Business
Cheers to another Magnetic Monday and to the 3 Magnetic Mindset Questions for Business that I will be sharing with you! I know it’s been a while since I have posted and please let me explain. I’ve been on a quest to discover more about myself during this most unusual time in our lives. How have I changed as a coach now that many of the tools I was used to- gym, in-person coaching, etc) are gone now? How have the new habits I’ve adapted to made me a better person and better at my career? The hope is that they have helped me to become a more magnetic and compelling individual.
I have had some very fascinating conversations with people lately around the concept of reinvention and magnetism. Not sure what I mean by magnetism? When you focus and project certain things into the world, the idea is that the Results of your behavior and mindset attract back to you. Like an observer in a social experiment, it has been an interesting time seeing how we are adapting to change (especially in our businesses/careers). Allow me to share 3 Magnetic Mindset Questions for Business that might help you as you adapt to our new normal these days.
The new things you are working on, what will they attract to you? Maybe it’s money, freedom, love; you decide. For those of you like myself who provide a service to others – coaching, legal aid, therapy, creative, real estate, medical, financial, etc- think about the questions below if you are looking to rebrand or maneuver your current business.
Magnetic Mindset Questions for Business
These are questions I applied to my own personal brand earlier this year when I struggled to make shifts:
1. Go back to the basics. What are you the most passionate about? Key word – MOST. Have fun with this one. Make a list of 5 in no particular order and then narrow down to the one that speaks to you the MOST.
2. What areas do you have formal education in or depth of knowledge in? This can help when you’re creating new products/services. Write out your school experience and work experience, certifications, workshops, etc.
3. What area(s) do you have great results in? As in, what path have you already successfully walked? Use the confidence from what you know you are great at when you’re selling yourself; you’ve earned it!
Answering these questions helped me get clear on my career intentions during these very uncertain times. I’ve started brand consulting other coaches and providing new services in my wellness coaching business. This exercise served as a reminder of what I most want to attract back to me as I continue creating content and coaching my favorite humans. I hope the 3 Magnetic Mindset Questions for Business I’ve shared help you too.
xoxo, ME
