Why Change is Good for Entrepreneurs
Change with the times or get left behind. If we’ve learned anything post- COVID shutdown, it’s that changing through economic, professional, and personal shifts is a key to our growth and survival. Wondering why change is good for entrepreneurs? Change facilitates experimenting and through experimenting, you eventually create what you’re looking for. ✨
What I am looking for this month is more growth through my online presence. I tasked myself with sharpening my digital imprint because as seasons change, so does technology, customer expectations, and my industry’s standards. Knowing that websites need love too, I updated my seasonal photography from winter/spring to summer – think blush tones, khaki and earth vibes, and a pop of hot pink. Turtlenecks are classic and chic (**see my former look below), but for summer…nah.
I also added a Portfolio page with my current projects/campaigns. With these changes, visitors can now see my project management capabilities. Those of you viewing my site can also get the idea that I value timeliness and trends, because in branding, that’s everything. It is a proud moment to showcase my creativity and work. If I were to have not adapted my site with new material, you wouldn’t know what I have been up to. Informing an audience of what you’re up to is pertinent to growth in business.
How to Make Change Happen
Adapting to change is crucial to your success. This could be in the form of learning a new skill to help land your dream career or finally committing to that shared office space you’ve dreamed of. As mentioned in Business Partner Magazine, take advantage of technical advances, customer evolution, and new opportunities. We have to keep up or get left behind so keep growing in small and large ways. This is a guaranteed way to tap into your full potential. Reflect on what changes you can make to get you where you want to be. I can’t wait to see!
XOXO, Natasha
