If you didn’t know now you know…I freaking LOVE Halloween. I crave any and all creative endeavors during this season and what I am about to share doesn’t disappoint. These Halloween White Chocolate Strawberries are one of the most fun recipes I’ve made.
A lotta ghost, a lotta sugar, and all sorts of playful fun went into the making of these. This was by far the most fun AND the most messy of anything I’ve created this year. I had a fondue set that was gifted to me years ago and has never been used. I was dying to try it and finally , after much research, came across some spooky ideas for Halloween treats.
Here’s how what I used:
1 bag of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup of pure coconut oil
1 container of Betty Crocker Candy Eyeballs
1 16-oz container freshly washed organic strawberries
1 fondue pot (can sub with a regular pot and keep temperature low)
Here’s how I made these Halloween White Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
Set the temperature on low heat and pour in the bag of chocolate chips. You want to continue to slowly stir them until they are completely melted.
Make sure the strawberries are completely dry of moisture. Grab the stem and dip into the chocolate and slowly turn to ensure the whole strawberry has been coated.
Place each strawberry on a cookie sheet or parchment paper before the chocolate mold completely hardens make sure to add the eyeballs.
After all the strawberries have been set, place in the freezer for 5-10 min to cool and and harden.
Serve up these Halloween White Chocolate Covered Strawberries at a party or just for yourself haha! And as always, enjoy!
XOXO,
